Sanford (Sandy) Bragg, President and Co-Chief Executive Officer, Integrity Research Associates
Sandy Bragg has 20 years executive experience in the research industry and currently heads Integrity Research as president and co-chief executive officer. Prior to joining Integrity Research, he worked with private equity firms to acquire research firms and information properties. Sandy has spent much of his career at Standard & Poor's where he was executive managing director responsible for S&P's equity research and mutual fund information business. Under his leadership, S&P expanded its research capabilities in the U.S., capturing the largest portion of spending on independent research under the Global Research Settlement. Sandy began his career at DRI and was responsible for sales, marketing, and product development. He is a member of the Consulting Advisory Board for Youth I.N.C., and co-chair of Friends of the Children New York. Sandy earned his BA from Williams College and his MBA from New York University.

Valerie F. Malter, Portfolio Manager, J.P. Morgan Investment Management, Inc.
Valerie joined the J.P.Morgan Investment Management Private Equity Group in 2001 after serving eighteen years in the investment management industry, including nine years as a Large Cap Growth mutual fund portfolio manager, most recently at Scudder Investments. Prior to Scudder, Valerie spent nine years as a telecommunications and software analyst at Chancellor Capital. In her current position, she is responsible for the Private Equity Distribution Management (PEDM) Program at J.P.Morgan. Valerie is a CFA charter holder and a member of the CFA Institute, and is the author of "How to Be a Growth Investor," published in 1999 by McGraw-Hill. She earned her BS in Finance from Boston University and an MBA from the University of Virginia.

Renny Ponvert, Founder and Chief Executive Officer,
Management CV, Inc.
Renny Ponvert is the founder and CEO of Management CV, an independent research provider covering public company management teams. He is a 25 year veteran of Wall Street and the information companies that serve it. Renny began his career on the equity and fixed income trading floors prior to joining Value Line, where he ran institutional research sales. Subsequently, he was a vice president and managing director of the Worldscope division at Primark Corporation, which was sold to Thomson Financial in 2000. Renny was a co-founder of DataJungle Software (DJSW) and led the leveraged buy-out of Media General Financial Services in 2003 where he served as CEO and subsequently as president after the company was sold to Hemscott plc. Renny is a 1982 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.

David A. Rosenfeld, Senior Vice President, Williams Jones & Associates, LLC
David is the senior vice president of Williams Jones, an investment advisor that provides customized investment management services to private individuals, retirement plans and non-profit organizations. He brings 20 years experience in investment management. Prior to Williams Jones, David was president and CEO of Eagle Growth Investors and co-founder at Barbenco USA. He was also a portfolio manager at Fleet Bank. David earned his BS at Fairfield University, and his MBA at New York University.

Brian Sivin, Director of Technology, Media, and Telecommunications Research Practices, Guidepoint Global
Brian Sivin is the director of the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications Research Practices at Guidepoint Global. Brian has over fifteen years of technology-research experience, including twelve years working at investment-management companies. He has worked for some of the leading hedge funds and asset managers, including Zweig-DiMenna, Kingdon Capital and Deutsche Asset Management, where he researched and analyzed companies across multiple technology industries. Brian has earned his CFA and is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts. Brian has a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.

Jeff Stewart, Vice President, IntrinsiQ, LLC
Jeff currently serves as Vice President for IntrinsiQ, LLC, a company backed by Accel-KKR. IntrinsiQ is the leader in medical oncology care software and the only source for longitudinal data on trends in cancer drug usage. Previously, Jeff was a co-founder and chief information officer for Wall Street On Demand, Inc., market leader in web delivery of financial information. Founded in 1991, Wall Street On Demand was sold to Goldman Sachs PIA in 2006. At Wall Street on Demand, in addition to his responsibility for the operational systems, Jeff launched products for the Global Research Settlement, retail brokerage and wealth management. Jeff graduated magna cum laude from Brown University with a BS in Electrical Engineering.
John J. McGovern, President, McGovern Consulting LLC
John has 22 years of experience in the online information industry, holding positions such as Senior Vice President of Thomson Financial, Senior Vice President of Fair Disclosure Financial Network and various positions at Factiva in the late 1980s. He has run both large global business development/sales forces as well as $20+ million third-party content licensing businesses. John has experience growing businesses of varying sizes and grew Thomson Financial's Investext/MarkIntel unit 300% in six years and Fair Disclosure Financial Network from zero to $3 million in bookings in 18 months. (Fair Disclosure Financial Network was a Warburg-Pincus-funded start-up that was successfully sold to CCBN in 2003.) Currently, John is president of McGovern Consulting LLC which offers advisory services in the areas of business development and sales and marketing strategy with a special focus on growing the top line of content-oriented businesses. John has a BA in Communication from Rutgers University (Rutgers College).
